What Are Team Accounts?

Team accounts allow the agency owner to invite team members (agents) who can:

  • Create and manage their own inquiries
  • Access shared customer data
  • Send reward and redemption messages
  • Use all Pro features under the team subscription

The owner sees all inquiries across the team, while agents only see their own work. This keeps things organized while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

How to Invite Team Members

1 Open the Menu - Tap the hamburger icon in the bottom navigation
2 Go to Team - Select "Team" from the menu options
3 Click Invite Member - Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
4 Send Invite - They'll receive an email with a special signup link
5 Agent Registers - They click the link and create their account
6 Done! - They're automatically added to your team
Important

Invite links expire after 7 days. If your agent doesn't register in time, you'll need to send a new invite.

Managing Your Team

As the owner, you can:

View Team Activity

The "Created by" column in your Inquiries tab shows which agent created each inquiry. Filter by agent to see individual performance.

Track Customer Value

The "Value" column shows total commission from each customer, helping you identify your most valuable accounts and the agents nurturing them.

Remove Team Members

If an agent leaves, you can remove them from the Team settings. Their inquiries remain in the system - they're just reassigned to the owner.

Includes the owner + up to 4 agents (5 total seats). Need more? Additional seats are P200/month each.

FAQ

Can agents see each other's inquiries?

No. Each agent only sees inquiries they created. Only the owner can see all inquiries.

What happens if I downgrade from Team to Pro?

Agent accounts will be deactivated, but their data remains. You can always upgrade again to restore access.

Can I have multiple owners?

Currently, each team has one owner. We may add admin roles in future updates.
