Getting Started with Reward & Reconnect

Welcome to Reward & Reconnect! This guide will walk you through setting up your account and making the most of your customer loyalty platform. Whether you're a solo travel agent or running a team, you'll be up and running in minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Step 2: Add Your First Lead

Once logged in, you'll see your dashboard. It starts empty, but let's change that!

1. Click the + button in the top right corner
2. Enter the customer's first name (last name is optional)
3. Add their phone number - this is required for SMS features
4. Optionally add their birthday for automated greetings
5. Click "Next" to add transaction details
6. Enter the nature of the transaction (e.g., "Manila-Singapore-Manila")
7. Add any notes about the booking
8. Click "Save" - done!

Step 3: Track Your Pipeline

Every inquiry goes through stages. Update the status as you work:

• New - Fresh inquiry just received
• Proposal Sent - You've sent them options
• Followed Up - You've checked in with them
• Booked - Success! They've confirmed the booking
• Lost - They went elsewhere (track to improve!)

Step 4: Reward Your Customers

When a booking is confirmed:

1. Change the status to "Booked"
2. Enter the commission amount
3. The system calculates loyalty points automatically
4. Go to the Reward tab
5. Click "Send Reward SMS" to notify your customer

Step 5: Set Up Birthday Greetings

If you're on the Pro or Team plan, birthday greetings are sent automatically! Just make sure you've added customer birthdays when creating leads.

Free users can still send birthday greetings manually from the Events tab. Learn more about birthday greeting best practices.
